Ok so I have a problem....

So I`m playing genocide and I`ve killed all of the monsters in the area and I`ve also killed Toriel and Papyrus so far. Yet the music in Snowdin hasn`t slowed down nor have the save files been saying "20 left" or how ever many monsters are in the area nor has it said "Determination"

Help please?
