Yeah they shouldn't be doing that, you can just report them to a thread-mod and we can handle it.

Thats what I'm doing! Well, not offering edits (too much work aha and I have orders from my shop for that lineart). But people buy lineart colorins all the time, and its still made just for them, honestly don't see why they would mind so much though. I actually just say in my sig for them to give me a link to an OC if they would like art (and I show them what I'll be coloring) so that way I just do it for people who ask for it c:

How long does it usually take to get accepted?

Usually about 24 hours.

But if you don't get accepted within 3 days your probably not accepted c:

@ImogenEquine; A thread mod will PM you within 24 hours. If you do not get a message, and the mods say the list is up to date, that is when you need to PM a thread mod.
If it hasn't been 24 hours, just be patient (:
