Eeep, haven't been able to get this bab out of my head, and I've been sketching him for ages.
He has no name yet, but he's a large canine-like creature the size of a German shepherd and built like a bear/pomeranian? I don't know, bit of a WIP right now ;v;
Basically when his mood changes so does his collar, cheeks, eyes, nose and pawpads. Each resembles a different celestial body. I really like this squish, can't wait to use him around ;W;
But now on to the good bit - I want opinions.

Basically, each one can display all the above emotions (and I will eventually make a full emotion info sheet >w<) and the body colour will usually be natural (maybe based off dog/bear/cat breeds), but rare coloured babs can be produced? Still throwing ideas around c:

Aaaa so I made a new character, have everything about him in development.. Except his design. So I'm looking for someone to help me pick palette ideas! Otherwise he will end up with the same natural tones as all the rest of my characters xD

@LOCW_Bluestarwarrior I feel you there, I sometimes feel pretty ignored on here as well. But really there's so much more to characters than things like deviantart! I originally got into character collecting to have a variety of art subjects, so despite not often getting into DA for anything besides personal art uploading, I do fine here. This thread does move pretty fast but don't feel left out! There's always people around like me that lurk around and appreciate everyone's new posts~ I'm bad at replies like this so feel free to disregard me heh~

I got the most amazing character yesterday and I'm so happy, literal dreamie, techinically it's two as well because of her companion:

I'm so in love with both of them, she's an enigmatic mer-creature who lives alone and has been rumoured to act as a siren although the other merpeople have no proof of this, and he's her aggressive pet companion who can change size to be the same as her or as small as a sea-horse. I've been writing about them already xD

Apologies for showing her off again but I just got this amazing boy who fits in her universe, he acts as a sort of protector of her lair but mostly because he likes eating people, not because he likes her:

He's absolutely massive, imagine a leopard seal the size of a whale, and is often called the terror of the seas, but he's my cutie pie and I love hm <3 I've called him Known for the time being, but that's subject to change.

@Kessler - That artwork is amazing, I love the lighting effects and the glow of his eyes is really well done :3
@Alaskie - Squishy bab is the cutest thing <3
