oooo, that doesn't sound too bad. as someone who's rarely used the fairgrounds and have never even come close to maxing, this sounds like something i might want to try. (':

Hah, It's not that hard, really.

1. Get some good tunes. Myself, I picked a ten hour long Kirby dubstep mix. But pick something you can stand to listen to for that long, because you aren't allowed to change it.

2. The first couple of levels, I suppose you could dawdle on. But, once you get, say, past level 5, focus entirely on the goals it gives you. Don't even touch a piece if it won't benefit the end goal. The obvious exception to this is, of course, when you need new pieces to drop.

3. Remember: The treasure payout is based on your level; not your score. There's no sense in purposefully going for those huge combos, because in the end, they add nothing to your payout.

4. Don't be stingy with your bombs and board scatters. Especially when you run into not having the pieces you need. Remember: the bombs clear themselves, and the 8 pieces around them. That's nine new pieces to drop.

5. You have a perfectly lined up set of four (Like this: 00-00), and only need the fifth? Sacrifice it. Unless there's an obvious way to do it, there's no time for you to sit there and fret over trying to get those five pieces, because in two clicks you can make up for it anyway.


Honestly, part of my speed in it is probably because I'm a Bejeweled junky, and I LOVE games that play this way. But, even if you can't time yourself as low as me, hopefully this will help you get it done faster, for the sake of treasure gains.
