For me the most over rated is Pinkie Pie.

Wow really unpopular opinion. But I find her really really annoying. She has been her most likeable for me this season but I still don't like her that much. Her voice isn't enjoyable to me. Her quirks aren't very interesting in my opinion. But I have to say she has a strong motive in life, to make others happy. It's just when she's bad.. she's REALLY bad IMO. Maybe this video will say things better than I did. I agree almost completely with what Sketchy said. I suggest watching it.

I agree here are my mane six in order from most liked to least liked:
1. Twilight Sparkle
2. Apple Jack
3. Rainbow Dash
4. Fluttershy
5. Pinkie Pie
6. Rarity
Twilight, AJ, and Rainbow are very well rounded characters in my opinion. Twilight is smart, kind, and of course, the princess. I like her the best because the writers didn't go with the three p's. Perfect Pretty Princess instead, they gave us a well rounded character who has plenty of strengths and flaws. I hate to say it but i love it when Twi shows us some of her flaws like over prepping, insecurities ( kind of like lesson zero but to a lesser degree), and when her magic goes wrong. I love these moments because Twilight demonstrates that she doesn't follow the three p's and is her own pony who can own up to her mistakes and do her best to fix them.
Apple Jack. I love AJ because she's a hard worker and wants the best for her family and friends. She does have a few flaws like not accepting help when needed, not wanting to face ponies after loosing at something ( i couldn't word it right but her behavior in The Last Round Up), and ignoring her own needs for the needs of others. That's not a bad thing but AJ takes it to the next level. Regardless, i love how the writers have built AJ's character over the years to mold her into a well rounded character with reasonable flaws.
Rainbow Dash. Ok Rainbow is awesome. I know what you're thinking out of everyone, Rainbow is a well rounded character? Yes, let me explain. At first i didn't really like her all that much. She was just ok for me. Then she got better. She started being nicer to her friends, her ego has gotten somewhat under control, and shes accepted Scoots as a friend and possibly a sister. If this continues, Rainbow could be one of the best characters. Of course, her ego is a major issue,also her possessiveness ( Tanks for the Memories), and lastly she can sometimes be mean to her friends but, i think the writers are starting to bring that all under control.
These are my top three mane six and i don't want to bombard you with negative opinions on Pinkie, Rarity, and Fluttershy right now. So what do you think?

I agree Lexi3333 about AJ and Twilight. But I find great enjoyment in watching Fluttershy. I can't even say why she's my favorite. She just is. Hmmm.... I know one reason is because I had great problems with bullying. I see a teensy bit of myself in Flutters. But not to her extent. But to me, she has been in top form this season.

I like Rarity ok. I don't have much to say about her. She can be enjoyable sometimes. And sometimes she isn't.

So RD.... I don't like her that much. She has been a lot better this season but she's still a bit to selfish. A little too brutally honest and rude too.

I already voiced my opinion on Pinkie Pie so no need to repeat myself.

Yeah the writers have done nothing but improved everyone's character since season 1 and I thank them for that! Gold star writers! The show is going in the right direction don't get me wrong, but some characters I just don't click with. I'm not saying Flutters, Pinkie, and Rarity are necessarily bad characters, I'm just saying that my personality and theirs clash. Some of their episodes I can watch beginning to end and not have a single complaint on their part. And appreciate episodes like that. But more often I can say Rarity don't get me wrong you're fabulous but can you please just stop over exaggerating things? Or Fluttershy darling you've got to step up when ponies step on you! Or Pinkie I know you just want to have fun and I know you get exited but can you please just calm down? Even my favorites have bad episodes but I can relate and understand to their mistakes much more than my bottom three's mistakes. None of the mane are bad characters, I just understand my top three better. But its a rainbow filled land of unicorns, pegasi, earth ponies, and other mythical creatures that I look at a little too closely.

well, i don't mind any of the mane 6, i personally feel that all are well rounded and well developed, but pinkie is a tad bit... annoying at times, i have to agree

Yeah. I still like Pinkie Pie and all the others.... Still she just bothers me. But some of her episodes are still good!

Thoughts on The Mane Attraction?

SPOILERS!!!

I personally liked the backstory between Rah Rah (Rah Rah? Raw Raw?) and AJ. Now we know this place called Camp Friendship is a place and the CMC might go there to express their new Cutie-Marks. I also liked how they introduced a new pony Pop-Star besides Saphire Shores (Who I recently got a rare card of from a pony card pack). I mean, think of all the musical artists we have in real life and how only 2-7 have been introduced in MLP. All in all, I loved the episode and it's definitely on my favorites list. (:

My thoughts on 'The Mane Attraction'?

I thought it was amazing. It is my favorite episode of Season 5 so far! The songs were beautiful. I even liked the Spectacle. The pacing was good and the characters interesting. They even made an old cliche feel new again!

Also I want some advice.
The Season 5 finale is tomorrow. My sister slightly enjoys mlp. Should I ask her to watch it with me?
