What level is Brandon/Brandens whatever your rival team before the electric gym, since iv eheard the battles a lock killer iam grinding so i have a good chance aginst him but iam not sure what level to go for.

I hate to be the one to rain on your parade there, but shinies are pretty difficult to get (1/4000 something chance as of now) so I don't think you are going to have much luck swapping regular Pokemon (Even if they have a different language) for shinies since shinies are harder to get compared to regular Pokemon. Someone might be generous enough to, but again it's going to be pretty hard finding someone who has one and who will be nice enough to trade one to you that way (They might clone it as an easy way for you perhaps).

If you wanted to trade for one with more luck I suggest offering hard to get legendaries or even other shinies that are equally hard to get (Basically don't offer chain fish shinies because those are easy x'D). Might want to keep an eye on GTS as well! Never know what could be put up there as well. c:

You could try your luck on the WT as well since you might end up getting something good there sometimes! It's a pretty low chance though so it's sorta like a gamble, but people have gotten good things on there!

While I am excited for Sun and Moon, I am a little disappointed that there still haven't been a D/P remake, Gen II were squeals to Gen I, Gen III had remakes of Gen I, Gen IV had remakes of Gen II, Gen V had squeals to their own games, Gen VI had remakes of Gen III, maybe Gen VII will have Gen IV remakes fingers crossed
