The second gen thing shouldn't be done by just one person. You should give everyone a chance just like...choose things you want to do first and then free for all to everything else. I'm not going to do it probably, but if others wasn't too, I'd let them.

Nobody really asked to be a artist for my event, I just assumed people wanted to make second gen.
Anyone can make a second generation, they need permission of the person who owns the orb cats first.
Like as if I wanted to breed Hallow and Naynay, I'd have to ask.
