tbh i don't like shipping ocs with canon characters, it messes up the entire plotline of the universe mostly. not that i'm saying there's a problem with shipping if there's not going to be any impact on the plotline, it just irks me to see ocs paired with canon characters

I completely understand your point - only thing is, my roleplays/fanfictions are often based in the far future or an alternate universe in order to allow for the fact that the countries involved haven't actually merged ^^

I ship Russia with Switzerland ^^. I can imagine Switzerland being able to deal with Russia's different sides/personalities because he's "neutral", and I also imagine Russia teasing Switzerland about being "neutral" and trying to prove that he is not.

prussia and liechtenstein... I like them a lot together. its hard to explain but they contrast well and prussia would be actually not as annoying to her and treat her like a princess /screaming
sneaking out to have tea parties with her and than getting shot at by switz and he would nnnot approve and and--

Thanks for complimenting my ship ^^. Liechtenstein and Russia as friends sounds really cute (and knitting together!) and it goes well with my Switzerland/Russia pairing.

It's kind of funny how I said I ship Switzerland/Russia, and I am writing a fanfiction with Switzerland as main character, but I don't ship him with Russia in the fanfiction. I haven't quite decided who to pair Switzerland up with (or whether he's going to be paired up with anyone at all), but I've got some ideas and none of them are Russia, so I guess I'm kind of flexible with Switzerland ^^.

My fanfiction is going well! I'm so happy !
Plot = Switzerland is at a new high school with the other nations and he finds his classmates annoying, especially Belgium. There is also an unusual vending machine at the school, where you can insert any object and receive something of approximately the same value. Switzerland is fascinated by this machine and wants to use it to make money. Then Greece's cats mysteriously disappear and Switzerland decides that for this once, he would like to stick his nose into other people's business, since he thinks he knows who did it…

In the part where I am now, he has just decided to solve the mystery of Greece's stolen cats. He has also started a cute friendship with Canada c:
