Are you asking what programs the artists use? If so, I use FireAlpaca, Pixlr Editor and Oekaki. (All of those are free.) Yes, the last one is bit weird, but I tried it out for the log bears, and I actually liked it quite a lot. c:

Depends what I'm doing. I use PaintToolSai as my main program, (sometimes) Firealpaca, Gimp for certain things, and Flash for animating.
