for accents, how can you tell if you've stayed under 30% coverage?
I don't want to submit this accent if it's just gonna get denied for going over cause I'm scared it is

It looks fine to me - I don't know. They do that on Aywas too and I've never understood how to percent out an image. Worst case scenario they deny it and you get your blueprint back. :) I had an accent denied and then I resubmitted and they both got handled in 1-2 days so it shouldn't put you back too much to give it a shot. :)
