Non artists can make them for practice, and cant do anything with them unless they become an artist.

If you are an Full time artist you can make litters, do customs for people, events, and a few other things

If you are an Temp Artists you can only do litter and do events

If you are and owner/adopter you can well anything almost with the cat you own, trade, RP (Not on the Thread), give it a personality, name it, give it a sexuality, gender, you name it

You can practice on a cat, but you cant do anything with it except post it on the fan club for opinions on how well they think you did

If you want to practice on a cat I can PM you the lines for practice only
