So whats the user lock out issue and why are we removing the list?

Basically it's the issue that players use the usernames to get on flightrising and purposefully/not purposefully lock an account. FR has a system that if you make a wrong password so many times then you'll get locked out of your account. At least that's what I think the issue is.
