I STILL HAVE TO USE A PROXY/MY CELLULAR DATA TO GET ON THIS SITE. IT'S SO IRRITATING.
I thought the site was back up, but I guess not for everybody; there are still others who are unable to access the site today. Then again, I guess it really wasn't officially back up, because the admins never announced that it was? I just figured since a lot of people were claiming that CS was up and running again.
