Well, most of the Nordics. Remember they all used to live with Denmark, but Sweden and Finland decided to move out.

The Netherlands and Belgium used to live in Spain's house until they ended up having a war, which is when they split up. I'm pretty sure Romano spends 90% of his time at Spain's house, too, therefore making him a resident of the household. I mean, he shares a house with Veneziano, but they only sleep at their house when they want to spend time together, haha.

Please correct me if I'm wrong because I'm not 100% certain with this.

It's not a theory or a head cannon. It's fact/canon, because it actually happened.
Spain used to have full control over that entire region, which went by The Spanish Netherlands, which consisted of modern day Belgium and Holland, before those nations ended up declaring war on Spain and claiming independence - the Dutch Revolt. Before that war, Belgium and the Netherlands lived in Spain's house. This is also why the Netherlands dislikes Spain. So, after the war, Belgium and the Netherlands moved out of Spain's house because they weren't under his control anymore.

Or, are you talking about the Romano thing? Because that's a head canon, lol. I just wasn't sure which part of that post you were referring to. I like to think that Romano spends most of his time at Spain's because... They seem so close? Although, I'm not really sure if this is true. I just like to think that it is, because you only see the Italy brothers sharing a room maybe once or twice in the entire series. Because they are the same country, they should share a house, right? Just like Germany and Prussia do. But, it doesn't seem like they do, because Veneziano is almost always with Germany. You would just assume Romano is with Spain most of the time.
