I offered to do an online document with collected rules and the likes for easy access for people, but as it seemed at the time Horsy wanted to take care of that herself, so it will happen at some point, just be patient.

Guys, cool down and step back. Some things have probably been misunderstood by newer members to the community but if in doubt, you should ask before doing so. Yes, some things aren't in the rules but we shouldn't have to have Horsy put every little thing there. No one gets in trouble over their first time, after all, there is a first time for everything and we all make mistakes. No one should be getting offensive or defensive about anything because we are suppose to be mature enough to hear other's feelings and opinions without such things, not that anyone isn't mature enough. This is my opinion on the matter itself, this is not aimed directly at anyone but a overall statement of what I feel about this.


Now hopefully a change of topic.

Also, I've seen it too. Pretty much every time Jaydoge posts something reminding people of the rules, they disagree and it turns into a scary fest like this one. When everyone's hackles get raised, it's pretty scary for some of the quieter members like me. It isn't so hard to just accept what the mods say and hold your tongue? I do it all the time

Guys, I think this whole conversation has gotten very out of hand. Complimenting Char is fine and I know none of you meant any harm by it, but Jay certainly didn't mean anything rude by saying to take it elsewhere. Explaining what was meant by it is fine, but it's also important to note that there have been hurt feelings from this sort of thing in the past. If you want to recommend Char as a permanent artist why not just PM horsy? That way you know she's got it since I don't think she watches the fanclub constantly.

But honestly, I'd appreciate if you'd all stop being so rude to Jay; he's just trying to do his job. There's some pretty snarky posts in there and I'm not amused by them. Remember he's a person too XP (Jay was also very polite the entire time.. so no need to react rudely)

It is actually possible to disagree with somebody without being rude to them, so lets all just try and get along here. If you're not liking the topic then just don't post until it cools off.

(if anyone has any problems with what I've said PM me; I'm not talking about it any more on the fanclub. Needed to get my two cents in.)
