Ah I don't think you need permission here since the art is gift art, its to surprise people to make them happy I think.

Eh, I also prefer to have permission to draw someone's character if I'm going to be using the art as well (I post it for the contest), but maybe I'll do some surprise stuff as well, it really depends on how much time I get ^^.

I'm not new to Plumerians, since I've been stalking them for a while now.
I'm hoping to have a lot more spare time to tryout for more this month.
The past few months have been kind of hectic for me. Haha.
