Dásos' Quests Fanclub/Chat Thread
Once upon a time, there was a great Forest Dragon named Dásos. Dásos was the most powerful of all dragons, wielding magic unparalleled by any other. Like it was with all dragons, the allure of gold was too strong for him to resist. He hoarded it in great quantities, amassing mountainous piles of gold coins and jewelry in his cave. But it was not enough. Dásos needed more gold. But not just any gold. He only wanted gold coins and gold jewelry the he could wear. Tail-rings, horn-earrings, necklaces... If it was gold and he wanted it, he got it. Near the end of the medieval era, magic began to run thin. Dásos and the other dragons, like all magical creatures, could feel the lack of power in the air, and went into hibernation until a time of new magic. But Dásos, even in his sleep, grew impatient. He awoke before much magic had returned to the world, during the modern times. The world had changed much since he had fallen asleep, and the gold that was once currency was now mostly ancient artifacts or jewelry. Dásos needed to collect as much gold as he could before too many other dragons awoke, but even a dragon could not collect it all on his own. So he formed a brilliant plan. He would gather volunteers, animals with some magic in them, to go and collect gold for him, and whatever they found that he did not want, they could keep as payment. And so his quest for gold began...
Welcome to the fanclub/chat thread for Dásos' Quests, a Choose Your Own Adventure game by Merlin's Heir, in which you can win prizes, or... die trying! Dun dun dun! Here you can chat with fellow DQuest fans about DQuest stuff instead of cluttering up the game thread with spam. To join, just post saying that you'd like to join. And, of course, we have some rules.

- Don't get off-subject here. This thread is for DQuest chat, not your journal entries.
- Be kind and polite to other players. No whining or complaining, either.
- If someone is violating the rules, please gently remind them of the rules. If they continue to do so, contact me or one of our mods and we will handle it.
- Please follow all general forum rules and etiquette. I don't want anyone getting in trouble.
Now for our list of members! Members with a little gold symbol in front of their usernames are Veterans, players that participated at least twice in a similar game I had going on in 2012. If all ten slots in a round are full, Veterans can still enter so long as they do so before I write the first story part.
