What first got you in to the ~character world~? Did someone tell you about it?

Hehe no. When I started buying and designing characters it was about 2009. XD and I just wanted to design a fursona, which really just became a character.

Mh i prefer human characters for a while now since i love to draw them, love to rp with my human sonas and well...i don't know i just like them.

Do you prefer human characters, or animals? Why?
Human characters. Animals are easier to draw/find art of; but i've ALWAYS had more human characters. I prefer rping and developing them. They're easier to connect with for me; and more capable of doing things,i f that makes sense.

Oh man I love armor, whites, blacks,purples,and reds. I love guy characters, with medium length hair (just covering the ears; and kemonomimis. I'm a sucker for purple or blue eyes.

What first got you in to the ~character world~? Did someone tell you about it?
To be honest I don't think I've ever not been a part of it.
I've grown up with literature, drawing and writing about my own made up characters. They didn't have designs like now, but I used to write things and play with stuffed toys in that way XD

When I found out it was a thing like this, I got closer to how I am now, but yeah. Always been a part of it.

This is my first one. XD her name was Sakura and I made her around 2010. I'm not sure who her owner is now, but I hope they are taking good care of her. ;-;

Hollister sounds cuter because it's also a brand, but they both work quite well.

I'm after getting a character based on someone from a show I'm obsessed with at the moment, looking for a simple ref with the design mostly up to you, can pay in points, characters or pets.
