its a bug where you use an adult dragon and a younger dragons code to open up apparel screenfor it allowing you to place them on the younger dragon

FR has warned its users against using it at least once

as with any bug taking advantage of it can result in a site ban

The reason of banning is more along the lines of taking advantage of a site bug. For this it may seem a bit harsh but it does make sense for once

It is a minor thing, but still using a bug. This bug is harmless and more for fun, but what if there's a bug and people get 10 times more treasure? They need to draw a clear line, and abusing bugs is a perfectly fine one in my eyes, even if they seem to be harmless.

But I wonder what it does to the server. The items aren't meant to show like this, I can imagine the server having a hard time showing it. If a few thousand people do it, the server might even crash...

Anyway, I agree with FR on this one
