Yeah, I'm pretty sure it means cancer patient. I mean, who would date somebody just because their astrological sign is Cancer? Lol. That's like saying somebody wouldn't date you because you are, say, a Pisces. Honestly, if I ever do met somebody like that I'd laugh and say "good. I didn't want to date you anyway... Stupid Libra".

i personally have read some fanfics based of astral signs for hetlia purely out of curiosity - and each one is based off general 'personality's that each sign is said to common with - so each interaction is different

imagine interacting with multiple countries with one personality - and then seeing the reaction to the same scenario's, but with a different personality and responses from the countries - it's quite fascinating how a simple change in personality or reaction to something can be so different yet similar in a way
