My accent is a Northwestern, or West Lancashire, but my friend describes it as being posh. Whenever my friend tries to impersonate England, she finds it hard to as she's got an East Lancashire accent.

I find Russia's accent quite hard to master. I think i'll take that advice on board o.o

If I'd try to cosplay as Russia, I'd be too small. Im far too small for my age >.<

I'm a skinny twig so cosplaying Russia would be hard for me, but I think I could manage. As for his accent, I want to master it and use it for everyday life. I want to have an accent, but I do not like a lot of them.

Who are your favorite 2p! Characters, if you like them? None. I don't like any of them.
Who are you favorite Nyotalia characters? Norway and Iceland, I guess.
Who are your least favorites of any of the above? All of the 2p! and France. I hate France.
Who do you think you are most like, personality and speech-wise?Probably Lithuania.
Which character would you most likely be friends with? Hm... A lot. I want to be friends with all of them except France! Maybe Wy. Or Lithuania.
Which hetalia group do you like best? The Nordics
Who's uniform do you like the best? Ooh, it's hard to choose... If you mean strictly 'uniform' (not just outfits in general), probably Canada's or Lithuania's. But I also like Switzerland's. And Latvia's. And aargh, they all have good uniforms!
Who's accent do you favor? I don't watch it dubbed, so I don't know their accents. I'll go with subbed Iceland's.
