About 2 and a half weeks ago, I brought up an issue.

I sold a character, accepting an offer of DA points and art.
They paid the points but never did the artwork.
Five-six months passed.

They did not do the artwork.

I told them I would give them an additional 2 weeks to do the art.
They did not do it.

They were trying to sell the character a while back, and I do not know if they did or not.
I asked them to let me know if they had, but they did not tell me.

Do I actually have the right to claim back the character?

If I get positive feedback on this, I will reclaim now.

I would say talk to the person who you sold it to. If they have sold the character, talk to the new owner, explain the situation and then reclaim it, or sell it to that person. If the first person didn't sell it, then tell them that you are taking the character back.

I'm having a very frustrating day because I missed the bus and I'm stuck with my dad at work and blah blah. So I'm looking for some art of my characters to try to cheer myself up. All of my characters are listed on my weebly page in my signature (can't link because I'm on mobile. Please PM me. I can pay with pets, FR currency, and very small amount of da points (like 15)

This was my original plan, (I was going to be rather reasonable to the new owner, if they did sell him) however they refused to tell me if they had sold it or not c.c
