Are you sure? There are plenty of cheap WCs out there, even TGs, so it's possible it was intended as 9 k.
If they bred the dragon they can probably find it through one of the parents and let you know that they intended a higher price.

I only say that because the other wcs I was looking at were 40k+, one was even 400k XD

There are really some cheap WC´s in the AH, I even saw one for 5k. (Though, colors were not my thing ^^)
Allthough, if you are really worried, I would message the breeder and ask if it was intended and offer to give back the dragon, when they give you your 9k :3
