Lol I failed.
So I went to Nimbasa and went east, to the bridge that just opened up for me, right? Well, I accepted a rotation battle request from somebody (without even knowing how to do battle that way), and kept wondering why the hell my Pokemon weren't damaging hers much.

...eeeeh, turns out that all their Pokemon were level 65 while mine were 45 or 46. xD I didn't even realize it until five minutes into the battle. Miraculously, though, the Pokemon I sent out actually beat the NPC's.

Both. You can't get them until post-game, as they're outside Lacunosa Town in Black and White. [Alternatively, if you meant other generation games, all of them past RS (including RS) sans FRLG.]

I just came to the conclusion that people that play Pokemon talk funny. XD Other people are probably like, "Wth are they SAYING?!" :lol:

Blah, well, since I've done everything else in the game and transferred over 200 Pokemon from Platinum over yesterday, I finally surfed out to the Abysmal Ruins and dove in. It annoyed me to no end that I couldn't decipher anything, even though I have Arceus. Blah. It has to have something to do with him, right? I mean, all his plates except for the ones the diver give you are there! I was super glad to find all the plates would be in this game too, since you can't transfer items over.

After searching online forever I finally found one decipher on a forum. It doesn't say who did it, where they got it from, or anything like that so I have no idea if it's even right. -.-

What got me mad was that I'd get right in front of an item, and it would wash me out =n=
