So I recently found out that I may actually be a Therian. I'm honestly not surprised that a lot of the Therian "qualities" apply to me. Like I literally feel that drive to hunt and kill. When I'm sad or upset, I feel actual wolf ears expressing that. I do growl when angered or just to warn someone to stay back.

Does me discovering this mean I'm no longer going to be part of the Furry fandom? Heck no. The fandom has been the only place I feel accepted.

And I also sometimes end up in very animalistic positions, especially with my arms, and my 'feline calls' can be extremely realistic at times [common scenario: I do a cat call, someone ends up thinking it's whatever cat or cats that are in the house, and I say, "Nope, it's just me."]. I'm sort of a Therian/Furry Mix."

OMG I feel the same exact way! What does digitigrade stance mean, though? I often find myself "talking" to my pets, and feel happy when they respond back. As mentioned earlier I sometimes walk like a raptor, and also like doing things such as running up the stairs on four legs. (as I'm typing this and thinking about it, yeah I'm pretty sure I wanna make Kiara a shape-shifter. It would fit so well!)

Am I still a furry even though I prefer feral animals over humanoid ones? I've been thinking about this lately. I don't mind humanoid animals, but I GREATLY prefer feral animals, and feel much more connected to them.

I call back to my cats usually when they're meowing, and sometimes my mom mistakes it for them. cx
When I'm sad I can usually feel animal ears going down, and I can usually feel a tail, as weird as it sounds. I don't see why that should stop you from being a furry, though! c:
I like both, though I know I can draw feral animals better. I have wanted an anthro fursona recently, and I did make one, but I lost connection quickly so I sold her. unu Next time I'll stick to natural colours, I think that was the reason why I didn't feel connected. Besides her two swan feathers, she had no natural colours.

Oh, I didn't know that's what it meant! I often find myself walking on my toes upstairs (or on all fours up stairs, at my own home) or just walking like that anywhere, it's just habit I guess. I have quite good balance when doing so.

Oh, I do that too, now that I know what it means. I often walk on my toes, haha. XD I found the therian thread - yay! I think I'm part furry and part therian... but possibly more of the latter, strangely enough... now just to finish my fursona and find my species...

Pht- i walk on my toes, and I can run/walk on four feet. I often chirp and growl. Sometimes I bark, but rarely. And i sometimes like to imagine that I'm part animal in appearance. But heck, I'm more furry than I am anything else.

I feel the same way, although still feel part therian as well. I bark more than chirp, however, although I will growl as well. I can run or walk on four feet, but obviously it is very awkward. XD
