Mhm! Yeah they were supposed to be somewhat based of the Kagamine's (as you can see by Rui's hair, and their Bass and Treble Clef symbols as well. Also Rui's bow is on the back of her head instead of on the top like Rin's. They are different than Rin and Len in many ways though as well.)

Rei- Lower pitched Rin
Rui - Higher pitched Len
