If you're a fan of MLP and you design an MLP horse for yourself or for other people to adopt, how do you think of a cutie mark and, power and theme?

Usually the name and the cutie mark comes last when I made a design.
I find a color and theme, work around and figure out body type and hair style. Then the colors come in to play, and next i'll think about the cutie mark. Usually I try to match up on what my pony looks like to their talent, such as a stocky short haired pony might do brute work, and a long haired gentle pony might work with crafting or hair styling. Then after I find out what suit them, I design a cutie mark (not to difficult of a design, but still recognizable to what you are going for), and after that I settle on a name (doesn't need to go along with cutie mark, but usually I match it up).
