If you have fan characters based on things that arn't very well known (like an anime or manga etc.) does it make you happy to find someone with characters based off of the same thing? What do you do?

umm, i have pokemon and homestuck characters which are p well known, but i still get really happy when i see them :'D
i also have 2 digimon fancharacters too, and i never see them around xD

Do you ever have someone design a character for you and feel really bad when the design doesn't "click" with you or have custom art made and feel a bit disappointed with the end product? what do you do? do you just suck it up or do you tell the artist?

i usually end up getting disappointed with art a lot
it's not even necessarily that it's bad quality, people just tend to mess up markings on my characters uvu" [for example, out of danny's 34 pieces of art by others, 12 aren't correct, and he's a p simple character]
idk i just think i'm actually really picky with art but i never remember that i am rofl
