ANNOUNCEMENT 6/30/14:
I know all of you are going to just scroll down, so instead of announcing it later, I'll put it right at the top!

Meet Bice and winter's-as-of-yet-unnamed floc! Before I get into the juicy details (don't skip, this is important!) we have a small update on the "titles" of flox. In the beginning, we have Locked Flox. These are your typical flox that have not gone through catharsis. They have no horns and their capabilities are limited to floating and telepathy. Later, they can go through catharsis, which will unlock their inner nature, thus they are called Catharsis Flox. After this, they can be awakened (which you will work out as the event continues) in which they will be called Awakened Flox (previously dubbed "stage three flox").

So...! Aren't the Awakened Flox cool?! The two flox featured above are customs, but all Awakened Flox will have their representative wings (yes, the "hands" act as wings!). These "limbs" are a result of their auras as seen from their catharsis stage (note that the wings shown above are standard shape, they are not edited).* As a result, Awakened Flox can fly! They no longer float, but they can control when they are in the air. As many of you have guessed during the event, the four horns and the hand-like wings are a result of the monsters inhabiting the floc. There were also a few small theories on the eyes. I mentioned before I couldn't tell since I knew, but now you can see! The aura that previously surrounded floc is now visible through their eyes (as a smoke-like gas). This does mean that floc do not physically have eyes (they have evolved to the point where eyes are not needed). As some of you also noticed in the silhouettes, flox keyholes have also moved to their back as a way to be more efficient (likely for their wings).

*A virtuous floc's features developed differently than the corrupt floc's features during their travelling to Earth. Essentially, it is a floc's way of distinguishing the virtuous from the corrupt since they cannot see. Interesting, huh!

We also have a few small (but important) notes about obtaining Awakened Flox. To awaken your floc, you need 30 corrupt points or 30 virtuous points (as going through catharsis, you cannot mix them). If your Catharsis Floc is virtuous, it must stay virtuous! You cannot switch from one nature to the other once it has been unlocked.

Lastly, a few history notes and some last hints for the future! The story you play through in the event are indeed the memories sealed behind a floc's closed eyes. An Awakened Virtuous Floc is also not what a Primal Flox would look like (also note that Primal Flox are flox that existed before the monsters corrupted the flox)! And as a last farewell, Akami-chan has hinted that auras might have different forms in the future! Perhaps we should be keeping a look out for another event?

What will happen to butterfly Flox since they already have wings? I feel bad for Vrii'si, who's going to be Virtuous. Will she be stuck with six wings on her back?

Also do all Corrupt Unlocked Flox have electricity on their horns, or was that just for your custom?

First question was already answered. c: They're going to have a different aura. Also the electricity is just for my custom. ^^;

Holy wow, those flox look awesome!

But now I kinda regret making Darius a corrupt floc, since the virtuous lines seem to fit his personality more. That brings me to a question that I don't think was cleared up in that big post; If you put a floc through corrupt catharsis the first time, can you go through virtuous the next?
