My sister has a male wigglytuff. She always has to have a male wigglytuff. So I don't think a male shiny vaporeon will hurt

Also, guys! I found the coolest thing on Etsy. It's a dragon skull mask, but it looks exactly like a Marowak/Cubone skull! =D
