Myos are most easily and often acquired through events, through participation, transfer of event tokens or by pure chance. Otherwise there is the chance of another user trading one they have previously acquired or a member of staff selling theirs from time to time. There has also at times been possible to simply buy myo slots but at the moment that's not a possibility so the previous mentioned ways are probably the easiest ways to get your hands on one
