What is the hardest part about developing a character, in your opinion? (personality, history, etc.)

not making characters stubborn and argumentative xD
well-rounded personalities... bad traits come to mind more often then good ones :p

also, me and my friend decided to make some crack!kids out of her sona and one of my sonas :p
she's still gotta design two, though
