If by playlist, you mean theme songs or favourite songs, then I'd say Allen and Kazuto. I chose their theme songs and favourite songs based on what I believe fits them, and also what I based them off/asked the designer to base them off. Of course, I use this method only when they're normal characters (as in not my sona), but for my sonas, I just choose my favourite songs for them.

Usually they do. It all depends on the character and how they are. c: Music that i can see them listening to or music that just reminds me of them!
