They should word it better because To me it seems they want to pay someone to draw their character which they already have in mind. If they're seeking custom character they should say that.

Hey guys, I'm at my father's, and that means I've got photoshop at my disposal! uvu I'm working on a couple dog designs I've got in my head at the moment, and when I'm done, I'd like to do a few paid requests.

If you'd like one, PM me with a species of bird, fish, or some other distinct animal you'd like a canine version of (I'm doing a bluebird & a zebra finch, and possibly a lovebird & a hummingbird) and a payment and I'll get on it. uvu I'm taking points and pets (80-100 points, and somewhere around '09 rares or something), and maybe characters, though I'll be picky.
