I'm going to have to with "Let it Go" and the whole building of the ice palace sequence.
Least favorite..? Hmm. That's tough, it's all so perfectly crafted. I guess I didn't like when Elsa created Olaf for the second time. It was so quick, and seemed like a bit of an afterthought. Also if she's singing about letting go, and being free, and not going back, why would she make something that was symbolic of her past? And a happy memory of her past..? You're happily singing about running away, and you construct a snowman you haven't made in years that you used to play with your sister for... what reason? The song is about Elsa, and her freedom. It's not about Anna, or memories, as far as I can tell. It just didn't make sense to me.

That was the point! It was a metaphor. It was saying she couldn't run from her past no matter what. That her memories of her sister are happy, and she wished it was still there. She is happy in this scene, that's why she builds Olaf. Because without even knowing, her happiness triggered her only really happy memory with her sister. It's also foreshadowing the fact that family love will prevail(just how the overture foreshadowed someone would have a frozen heart in the movie)
