They will have either Tiger or Speckle, but even if you don't like Speckle
you gotta trust me, the babies looked adorable in the previews! c;

Anyone know the drop rate?

Not a clue but I've been farming the training fields, gotten a few of them as enemies but only got insect food as prize. I think they are as or just slightly above the cape rate.
