Should there be a limit to how many line-edited LC's we can make? (I've made none so far.... aside from a custom for somebody else )
Also, can we do a Holiday raffle and raffle off some mystery LCs? (I have a really cool idea for it, so if approved, I'll let you know.)

They should be more rare, yes. Items
and such are alright to have every once
in awhile. But large line edits should be
PM'd to me first, and should be more rare.
(Like, every 10-20 adopts or so).

As for a raffle, I think it would be a fantastic
idea! c:
