I haven't been actively trying to get the divines since I know I won't find enough time to get them. I do try to get as many prizes as a I can though, like in the maze. I can either use it or sell it, which seems like a win-win situation to me!

I think getting divines isn't that hard, you just have to put in some work. If I want to get a divine in a promo, I usually end up needling like 30 passes (or if you like any from the already existing ones, there are some sellable ones in the sales for under 30 passes, even Sleipnirs!). Aging horses and killing off 10 pass horses every month is a good way to earn passes, I buy older horses (17+yrs old) and take care of them every day and then at the end of each month I get my passes. That's how I manage to save up and get what I want. I don't do breeding so I guess most of you spend your money there though.

I think Howrse have ruined themselves with all these needless divines. They used to be really respected creatures and highly valued among players and the community, if you had a divine it was a symbol to say that you worked really hard to get where you were and that you earned it, so by adding all these easy and cheap divines it's taking that respect away. Now when I see a divine it reminds me of the cheap plastic version of Barbie Dolls, they're worth nothing but pixels now and I think it's a real shame.
I don't mean to offend anyone with divines or who work hard in the games, but that's how I view all these endless 'competitions' and horses- it's all for the money.

I mean I worked super hard to get Eurus, and Melisizwe. I mean I try so hard for all the divines but they make it impossible to do without passes. I can't get on all the time, and the pass horse thing takes up too much equus since i have horses that I am trying to do from foals (like bad foals or foals that were born from a horse I bought for sale that aren't purebred). so i mean it's just obnoxious. and people sell pass horses for 1 pass now which is pointless honestly.

Nope. It might be pointless for the buyer but for the seller it brings in a pass. When you have killed off 10 passhorses for the month then the next 20 horses have only a 1/3 chance of getting you a pass. Of course you'd rather want to sell the 11th passhorse for 1 pass (and 100% get it) than trying and maybe giving up a passhorse for something as useless as a pandora's box because of the 1/3 chance.

Is anyone here trying to get Devoted Indigo?

Purple is usually my favorite color but I don't like the art. Now I wish I hadn't saved my passes for this one and got the Lovely Blue. It looks good and the foal Forest Green is my favorite from this series of divines, the art is really pretty. I really hope that they put the rainbow horses in the private sales like they did for almost all divines so I can get the blue one.

Eh, I have 180 passes right now so *technically* I could get it, but I'll wait until one of their promos comes out where I can hopefully get it cheaper. You can basically think in terms of 1 pass will get you 1 bone + 5 relics so I think it's pointless to try and go for it now.
