It means you can only get one of that card. You can't get another Skinfaxi from the cards.

It just seems like, in some way, you have to pay passes to get a divine D: unless its just my bad luck

Lucky I got my first wild horse kundudo from the art cards back in 2013 not got anything really good from the cards since
