This is a very important piece of advice that I learned the hard way several times.
Dont buy as many horses as you can, buy as many that you can afford. I discovered that if you buy every horse with a pretty coat you'll never get any "skiller" horses and you'll end up training horses and wasting Eqqus on horses with very low skills, and then you wont be able to get any good profit from them.
Pretty much, dont buy a lot of horses.

I think I've that copped, the whole skills and GP thing. My first foal ever bred has around 1500 GP which I'm hoping isn't too bad for a newbie

You can make more equus by flipping horses, and selling things you don't need. Equally, if you don't work the horse it won't die.

It's not how it worked for me. This is from my experience. Please don't criticize me when you don't know what happened. I ended up with about 100+ 5-9 year old horses with less than 1000 gp. And I spent ridiculous amounts of eqqus buying them, then I stopped playing and Howrse deleted my account. Zero profit.

I think you're both sort of right.
You want to buy as many cheap horses as you can, but not as many bad expensive ones...

@Dizzy Socks- I have things that people don't want. Like a have plenty of Pandora boxes, Piece of Cloud, Water of youth. I am willing to give away those things to people. Well not for free as in like a decent price in equus. I try not to sell things too high because if there is a lower price then they will go for that instead of mine. I'm about to clear out the horse racks..

To anyone - . I have horses that aren't Unicorns, but if I put them in Safe Haven I get 2,000 equus for them. They are regular horses with decent GPS.. Most around the five hundred range. But those seem to go for that price if I look at the safe haven options. No I do not have any cheats or anything installed. I don't like cheating in games it makes the game less fun.

You mean uni fails you put in SH? you always get 2000e for them.
