Hetalia Fanclub!!!

The movie was... Well, bad. But it's kind of supposed to be. There were funny moments, there were moments that made you facepalm... It had some variety. Just, eh, it IS PG-13, but there is some language and multiple innuendos (but that's what makes it worth it, right~?). We basically walked out of the theater at the end and started asking ourselves "WHY did we just spend money to see this...?". It provided laughs though. ;D

Well, isn't that what they (the critics) said about the Hetalia movie? XD Maybe this is why:

At least 70 percent of the movie is the actual original story involving the Pict, while the other 30 percent of the runtime consists of the recaps of the anime series spliced inbetween various scenes. This move proved to be controversial due to the recycling of footage and the discrepancies between the animation quality, along with the recycling of the island setting for the film's climax.
