It doesn't determined your flight. It determines your personality and what flight it would go with.
For example;
I'm in Plague and it determined I fit within Fire.
My girlfriend fits within Ice and she's fire.
My best friend fits with Plague and he's in Wind.

Shadow = 6
Fire = 6
Lightning = 6
Plague = 6
Arcane = 4
Nature = 3
Earth = 2
Light = 2
Water = 1
Wind = 0

It's a large tie I guess?
But hey I am fire, and that was one of the top ones!
