I thought roans were considered rare coat colours on equids, so can you get a custom with a rare coat/breed up a rare coat then?
{ Not pointing this at anyone, just curious }

1. The full body people will get a choice of rarer colours. So chimera, dragon-quid, birdcatcher spots, etc.
2. If you accept the challenge before the rise then you still do 200, only people after the rise will be affected. Which is why people accepting is key, as it allows me to work out who needs to do how many.

That's why some people want to do fullbody linearts in the 200 challenge, to get a more rare equid.

I want a little more grey in the coat of the one I designed because it is quite a bit bluer than I had intended to have, but I'm still not totally sold on that coat coloration yet. I still am sitting and thinking of other coat colors that would be desirable.

I hope this doesn't sound like a stupid question at this point, but is there any chance that the challenges might reopen in the next month or two? I'm hoping to accept it when it opens, and I'm excited for whenever that may be.

Yes roans are on par with draquids and chimera.

(Dapples are not as rare as this, but due to the high volume they are break)

chimera is the name given to any animal that has two sets of DNA resulting two different patterns being present on one animal. Google it.

Chimeras happen when twins combine, if that helps at all.
