Age 16+ New Forum Idea

My idea was to allow cussing and such but exclusive to kids 16 and up with parental permission. This could greatly help us all out, teheheh, and I wanted to bumb it here for you guys just in case you might want to approve, inprove, or dismiss, edit the idea.
