for god tier jade, all i could find with a few searches was this masterpost with all kinds of god tier jade help but thats about it

and as for the karkat wig, i've never styled a wig myself so im probably going to be no no help at all. i'd reccomend looking up youtube for wig styling, cosplay help, that kind of stuff, because video tutorials really can be extraordinarily helpful
im not sure if you'd have a styrofoam head at home, but if you dont id imagine they'd be a great help and reasonably easy to find considering arts and craft stores all over the place most likely have them
also depending on what kind of wig you have, different things may work differently. some wigs can be made of pretty resistant material, while others are made of fine plastic [and therefore very bad to use heat on!] so checking that would be an a+ idea too
