With Nita, almost everything frustrates her.
Especially when things aren't beautiful.
Mal gets frustrated when no one can understand her thought process.

For Cirrus, not very likely. (Though she doesn't really get guilty either...)
Nita probably has beat up a few girls in her past when she was little, but she might feel guilty about it now. She certainly didn't when she was younger.

A while actually! Since Zach was a RU, I felt like the original name I gave the contest Kia didn't fit my little RU. It eventually came to me a couple hours after seeing him though.

Science fiction of course.

Shape-shifting, probably. She'd love to know what it would be like to be a bird in the sky, or a rabbit in the ground, or her favorite animal, the deer. Also, becoming inanimate objects could come in handy, especially when hiding. Imagine playing hide-and-seek in the middle of the forest... with a Kia who could become a tree. ono

How long did it take you to figure out your Kias name?
Velveteen... there was no way her name could have been anything else. I wanted it to be related vaguely to her special item/symbol needed for her form, and since her object was shed deer antlers, I decided that I would name her after the velvet layer on newly growing antlers. As soon as I realized what her object would undoubtedly be, I knew what her name should be, too. Maybe choosing her name within a few minutes seems rushed, but I think that it fits her <3
