Maybe some shiny hunting? If you haven't done the looker quest yet you can do that. Or find any legendaries you haven't found yet. Or maybe experiment with new teams in the battle maison!

Pokemon Aimie and its games is always something to do I suppose. As well as Super Training.
Really I can't think of much else aside from breeding for either shinies or good IV bred pokemon, or chaining for shinies.
Or doing some EV training (as in the wild battles, not just super training).
There's not much to do in x and y after the whole game is complete in my opinion. :c
Unless you haven't explored everywhere then you should do that.
Or fill up your pokedex if it's not already complete.
If you don't mind restarting your game you could always do a Nuzlocke or something along those lines.
You can go to the Battle Institute. As well as visit the Battle Maison. And the Battle Chateau.
And if you haven't caught the legends you can get after the game, then there's that too.
You can also try and get every piece of clothing in existence if you haven't done so already.
And unlock all the haircuts for Furfrou.
I can't think of anything else you can do really.

The Wedlocke Challenge is essentially the same as the Nuzlocke Challenge except for one crucial detail: the active team must comprise of 3 Pokemon of each gender. Each Pokemon must be "paired" with another Pokemon of the opposite gender and will, once given a partner, be allowed to only fight (and die) alongside its mate.

I like finding the items more than remembering the meals.

Maybe you could also download one of the cheaper games from the shop.
One of the older games like Zelda. I also played Attack of the Friday Monsters!, because it was not that expensive. It's a short 3DS game with a bit childish story, but nice art.

I just wrote down the meal orders in my 3DS' game notes, didn't even bother with the memorising bit. x'D
Whereas finding the items you need to check every single tile and actually remember where you've been to top it off...

Like Naala suggested, it might be a better idea to try some other games apart from x and y.

ive lost count of how many revives and Full restores i used today while leveling this team, but what was most amusing was when i used so many, the options had no more attack moves left. Like this Haxcross kept using dragon pulse but when he ran out of pp for it he could only use, Dragon dance, Taurt and Sword dance, i couldn't help laughing at it. Even if it took out almost each one in my team other then one Pokemon in it -.- . But iam so close to having them all evolved and battable that iam annoyed my battery died on me, i only have a few more levels to go yay

Most items are somewhere on the floor or in the luxury rooms when you are at the top floor. You know were to search after some time^^
I did it with remembering and writing down (if I wanted to do it faster).

I was playing a server on Minecraft today when one of the players asked if anyone had a copy of x/y and wanted to trade something for their "red Genesect". I jumped at the offer as they only wanted Latias, Latios, Suicune or Raikou, but my copy of X had been missing for months. After confirming it was a legitimate shiny Genesect obtained at an event I went searching and ended up turning my room upside down ._. Lots of fun to clean tomorrow. I found the case containing all my games, though, which was great, and I put some of my other games I had lying around in it. I got Pokemon Rumble two days ago and wanted to put it in the case too, so I went into the lounge room and started looking under the couch when I saw Pokemon X, and even though it was upside down I knew it was my game before I picked it up. So I went back online and traded with the dude, but I felt a bit bad about only giving him one minor legendary for the Genesect so I asked if he wanted Latias and Latios, both of which were his favourite Pokemon, and he was very happy.

So. Yay me.
