Hey guys, is there a scroll or something to unlock the battle stones and give you back all of the skill points? I hit lock battle stones without knowing what it did and I put some pretty useless stuff on my dragons while playing around with all of it xP

I know there's a Tincture of Dissolution you can get at the Marketplace that for sure will give you back all your skill points, but I'm not certain about battle stones...
