Hey guys, sorry I haven't been on for a few days. I've been quite busy but I've got more time now.
Anyway, I was thinking of making a website for young writers like us where we could share our writing and tips and critique for it, our favourite books, and generally chat. There'd also be more pages like Word of the Day and Featured Writing and Writing in the News. If you'd like to join, I'm going to post the link when I make it so watch out for it!

Challenge of the Day!(THIS ONE LASTS UNTIL FRIDAY!)
I'll try to do one every day.
whoever takes part will get an Uncommon pet if they follow the prompt
Tomorrow ill tell you how to improve, and what you did well

Today's challenge!
Take a quote from here(yes they are all from the manga BLEACH. I chose them because they are good and not because of where they came from) and write either a short story or a poem based on it, WITHOUT actually referencing the quote(so you can't use the quote in your work at all). On Friday or Saturday ill have a form with the names if everyone who completed the challenge on it. You will PM me the form with your guesses of which quote they used! Quotes are called such for a reason. They aren't our words, so we shouldn't use them in writing as often as we do

What Type Of Writing Do You Do?
Mostly fantasy type stuff. At the moment I am 40,000 words through Nanowrimo
Other;
The story is called Blue Optics, it's a story I started writing in grade eight, finished then realized I hated it because it was frankly an awful story. After a few years of developing the characters and honing the plot I've decided to write it again. My only regret is that it uses the concepts from the movie Transformers (With Cybertronians and all that but obviously with all my own characters) which means sometimes I can't really tell people or they'll just get a bit weirded out that a sixteen year old girl is writing a story that includes Transformers.
