OK it is a work in progress so please leave back positive feedback.

Cool idea! That makes me want to write a poem about that!

I'm a young writer...(sort of. Highschooler. Here to help mostly!)

Other: the sass is strong in my writing so I apologize in advance

Just wrote this today. Had to include the words: Ignite, Space, and Mule
Feedback?

It's amazing,
How heavily darkness weighs upon us.
How endless the empty space around you seems,
When it is all black.
No matter who you may be,
Stubborn mule or quiet flower,
The darkness weighs upon you
Only few know how to chase it away
To ignite a passion,
A light,
Deep inside the very hearts of the forgotten
Or the unsure,
To chase away the darkness!
And bring forth the light in all of us!
The brightness in all of our minds,
That shoves from the shadows, and screams,
"Don't give up! Never give up! Feel the strength within you, and fight!"
So few can ignite that passion within us,
So that is why many sit,
The darkness weighing down their shoulders,
The empty space endless.
Be the person who can bring back the light.
Be the stubborn mule who will push and push,
Until no one is left with regret, or sorrow!
Be that person!

Will you only take positive? Cause it's better to take constructive criticism before you finish so you don't make a small mistake that turns to a big mistake later on. I wanna help, but I have to not be positive to help, cause telling you it's great doesn't help. It is very good, but to know how to make it awesometastic you need constructive criticism

((Sorry for double post))

Wow. That's.... deep. I'm gonna read that over again! It's really amazing! I'm honestly a little afraid to post my work on here, I just really don't want anyone to steal it.. and I keep feeling like that might happen.

Thank you! My main study with my writing is war, so usually my stuff gets intense 0.0 but I can't share a lot of it on CS cause of graphicness and language

What Type Of Writing Do You Do?: Mostly supernatural fiction with a slight romantic twist, along with a decent bit of action. I've only really written one big story which I haven't completed yet and is up to 65 chapters (click on pic in my sig for link). After I finish that, I'm thinking of doing a slightly more mature fiction with a mix of action, drama and slight romance. That's quite far in the future though. I've written a bunch of short stories that vary in genre depending on the topic I used to write them.
Other: I do consider myself rather advanced (I'm in college), so if anyone wants any help or whatnot, I'd be more than willing to lend a hand. :)

What Type Of Writing Do You Do? Anything, really. I have the bare bones of numerous novellas dancing around inside my head, but I can never pin them down for long enough to get anything interesting. I'll do short stories as a prequal to something longer I'm writing, and on occasion random bursts of poetry have been known to find their way into my mind. It's all terrible, but I have fun doing it. I enjoy writing backstories for my roleplay characters (mostly wolves).
Other I know that when overdone, angst can get pretty irritating. Unfortunately, that genre seems to get my muse flowing the most. So, apologies in advance if you have to turn away to cringe every now and then. I'm more than open to critique- I'm desperate to improve.
TO ANYONE I ROLEPLAY WITH

I will be away for a week, starting Wednesday 16th of March for personal reasons. Sorry I couldn't inform everyone individually- I hope you understand c:

words to use instead of "said" said is fine, but boring. I usually limit myself to one "said a story/chapter. Here are alternatives:
accused clucked gulped pointed out smirked
acknowledged coaxed gurgled pondered snapped
added commanded praised snarled
addressed commented hinted prayed sneered
admitted complained hissed proclaimed sneezed
advised conceded hollered promised snickered
affirmed concluded hypothesized proposed sniffed
agreed confessed protested sniffled
announced confided imitated purred snorted
answered congratulated implied put in sobbed
apologized continued informed puzzled speculated
approved convinced inquired quavered spoke
argued corrected insisted queried sputtered
asked coughed interjected questioned squeaked
asserted countered interrupted quipped stammered
assured cried intoned quoted started
avowed croaked jeered stated
babbled crowed jested ranted stormed
barked dared joked reasoned stuttered
bawled decided reassured suggested
beamed declared laughed recalled surmised
began demanded lied reckoned taunted
begged denied lisped related teased
bellowed described remarked tempted
bet disagreed maintained remembered tested
bleated disclosed marveled reminded theorized
blurted divulged mentioned repeated threatened
boasted doubted mimicked replied told
boomed drawled moaned reported trilled
bragged mumbled requested urged
broke in echoed murmured responded uttered
bubbled ended mused retorted volunteered
bugged exclaimed muttered revealed vowed
burst out explained roared
called finished nagged wailed
cautioned fretted nodded sang warned
chatted gasped noted sassed went on
chattered gently objected screamed wept
cheered gibed observed scoffed whimpered
chided giggled offered scolded whined
chimed in greeted ordered shot whispered
choked groaned shouted wondered
chortled growled panted shrieked worried
chorused grunted piped shrilled
chuckled grumbled pleaded sighed yawned
claimed guessed pled smiled yakked
